Our plans assessment includes:

Site Inspections & Compliance Monitoring

Our site inspections are structured, proportionate and risk based to ensure key stages of the build are reviewed at the right time.

• Scheduled and milestone inspections
• Monitoring of workmanship and compliance with approved plans
• Clear reporting with photographic and written evidence
• Early identification of non-compliance's to resolve issues

Final Certification

• Final inspection and compliance verification
• Resolution of outstanding issues
• Obtaining signed declaration forms.
